We have a lovely 2 bedroom house, close to St Austell town centre, supermarkets, doctors, schools (primary and secondary) , leisure centre and beaches all within walking distance. The house has a kitchen, large lounge/diner, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, gas central heating, double glazing. The garden is is a good size and is low maintenance comprising of gravel and decking area. There is your own parking space large enough for 2 cars. I would like to do a mutual exchange with someone in the area who would like to downsize. I have 3 children 2 babies under 2 and a 12 year old, who is desperate for some privacy. My partners son from a previous relationship also stays with us at weekends, so you can imagine the place can be quite crowded! I personally love my house and wouldn\\\\\\\'t dream of moving if it hadn\\\\\\\'t outgrown my needs, or perhaps I should say we out grow the house. Thought I\\\\\\\'d have found a house through homefinder direct but still on silver band so I think my children may have grown up and moved away by the time they are of any use!
